Contract Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm Rotational Saturdays, 8:30am to 1:30pm Staffing Solutions of Hawaii is seeking a Branch Manager to join a growing and dynamic team!

Position Requirements:

Demonstrated success in customer service, operations, and sales leadership Proven ability to lead goal setting, coach teams for performance, and drive business development Proficiency in digital tools and CRM platforms to manage service delivery, sales pipelines, and customer engagement Must possess a valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation Must register as a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) through NMLS within 60 days of hire

Branch operations management and daily oversight Sales pipeline management and business development CRM and digital platform proficiency Budget management and financial reporting Regulatory compliance and risk management Hiring, onboarding, and staff development
