Responsibilities:

Lead, coach, and grow a small branch team Build deposit and loan totals through local outreach and referrals Originate consumer and small business loans for local customers Keep branch operations, security, and compliance running smoothly Represent the bank at Davis County community events Deliver a consistently friendly customer experience

Qualifications:

3+ years in banking, including supervisory or lending work Working knowledge of branch procedures and bank regulations Consumer or small business lending background Excellent interpersonal skills and a hands-on leadership style Organized, dependable, and focused on results Competitive salary and bonus.
