Lead our Burlington & Davenport branches - and own a piece of it. Rexco is employee-owned, so the people who drive results share in them. Base+ bonus

401(k) The Role Run the full branch: the team, the customers, and the P&L.

Own the P&L, forecasting, and branch KPIs Recruit, coach, and lead the team Direct Sales, Service, Parts and Rental Manage inventory levels, turns, and audits Keep the facility, yard, and fleet sharp Represent Rexco at customer and industry events You Bring Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 5+ years related experience (a plus) Strong leadership and communication Comfort with budgets and forecasting Microsoft Office; business systems a plus The Perks Employee ownership (ESOP) Competitive salary + discretionary PTO after 2 years Medical, dental & vision 401(k) + Health Savings Account with employer match Life insurance Ready to lead - AND OWN - your branch?
