Duties Lead and motivate the branch team to achieve sales targets through outside sales initiatives, retail sales strategies, and effective client engagement. Develop and implement local marketing plans to attract new clients and expand market presence. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships by providing exceptional service, understanding client needs, and offering tailored insurance solutions. Conduct negotiations with clients to secure favorable policy terms while ensuring compliance with insurance regulations. Oversee sales administration tasks, including CRM system management, policy processing, and benefits administration. Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Ensure the branch adheres to all health insurance, life insurance, property casualty insurance, and other relevant industry standards and regulations. Qualifications Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing within the insurance or financial services sector. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client populations. Knowledge of commercial insurance products, health insurance, life insurance, property casualty insurance, and benefits administration. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems for sales tracking and client management. Excellent analysis skills to interpret market data and develop strategic plans. Exceptional communication skills for client interaction, team leadership, and community outreach. Familiarity with insurance regulation standards and compliance requirements in your jurisdiction.
