This is not a suit-and-tie management job. We're looking for someone who enjoys being in the salesroom, working alongside sales representatives, coaching, motivating , and helping the team close more business. You'll be actively involved in the day-to-day sales environment—not sitting behind a desk watching from the sidelines.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Lead, coach , and

MOTIVATE

a team of inside-sales representatives Help salespeople improve their calls, presentations, and closing skills Create energy and a positive salesroom environment Help design, run, and hype the sales contests

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
