Compensation Up to $200,000 per year Performance-based pay plan Long-term career growth with one of Indiana's leading dealership groups Responsibilities Lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing new vehicle sales team Desk and structure 75-100 deals per month Maximize profitability through effective deal management and leasing strategies Maintain CSI scores above regional averages Recruit, train, and develop sales consultants Ensure accountability to sales processes, CRM follow-up, and daily performance metrics Collaborate with Finance and General Sales Manager to achieve dealership sales objectives Monitor inventory, pricing, and sales performance to maximize results
Qualifications Required:
