Job Description

The Branch Administrator/Manager supports daily Wabash branch operations, supervises staff, ensures compliance, assists customers, opens accounts, drives sales, and acts as manager when needed. Key Responsibilities Customer Service & Account Management Manage consumer accounts, loans, complex transactions, escalated issues, legal documents, and
CDAR/ICS
services. Operations & Compliance Support vault, cash handling, ATM, teller, opening/closing, balancing, security, and regulatory procedures. Sales & Relationships Build customer relationships, support business growth, recommend products, and cross-sell services. Staff Support Coach tellers, support scheduling, training, team communication, and performance review preparation. Branch Administration Maintain supplies, prepare reports, coordinate maintenance, attend meetings/training, and perform assigned duties. Leadership Act as Branch Manager when needed and ensure continuity of branch operations. Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum of 3-5 years of banking experience or equivalent work experience College coursework in Business or a related field preferred

The role requires prolonged periods of sitting and standing, use of computers and standard office equipment, routine handling and counting of cash. Physical activities include bending, reaching, kneeling, grasping objects, lift, carry, or move cash drawers, coins, supplies, or equipment weighing up to 50 pounds as needed.
Pay:
$15.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week
