What You'll Be Responsible For Lead, coach, and develop a team of 6-10 lawn care technicians Build a culture of accountability and continuous improvement Conduct ride-alongs, coaching sessions, and performance reviews Improve production efficiency and route performance Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction and retention Drive branch sales through technician coaching and customer engagement Monitor and improve KPIs and operational performance Maintain high standards for safety, vehicle care, and equipment maintenance Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally Work closely with the President to execute company strategy and branch goals Develop future leaders and promote from within whenever possible What We're Looking For We're searching for someone who has proven they can build and lead successful field operations.
