Full Job Description Assistant Branch Manager Location:

At BayCoast Bank, we're looking for an Assistant Branch Manager to help lead branch operations, support staff development, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. In this role, you'll partner closely with the Branch Manager to drive growth, ensure operational excellence, and make a meaningful impact in the community. What You'll Do Leadership & Team Development:

Supervise, coach, and develop branch staff Support training, performance management, and career development Foster a positive, team-oriented environment

Customer Experience & Relationship Building:

Serve as the face of the branch, delivering outstanding service Resolve complex customer issues and provide financial solutions Build and deepen customer relationships

Business Development & Growth:

Identify referral opportunities across banking, mortgage, and financial services Participate in community outreach and networking

Operations & Compliance:

Oversee daily branch operations in the absence of the Manager Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations Monitor cash handling, security, and audit readiness

Collaboration & Strategy:

Partner with leadership to meet branch performance goals Support strategic initiatives and continuous improvement What You Bring Leadership and supervisory experience Strong customer service and relationship-building skills Experience in banking, lending, or financial services Proven ability to meet goals and drive results Strong communication and problem-solving skills Knowledge of banking products and services NMLS registration (or ability to obtain/maintain)

Bilingual:
