Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic Branch Manager who holds an active Michigan Broker's license. This rare, real estate related W-2 role combines operational leadership, agent recruitment and development, and community engagement with the flexibility to maintain your own personal real estate production. Key Responsibilities Office Leadership & Operations •
Team Direction:
Supervise and direct daily administrative staff to ensure seamless office operations. Work directly with the general manager and brokerage ownership to lead the office. •
Standards & Compliance:
Ensure the office and its agents adhere to
CENTURY 21
Signature Realty's high standards of business, ethics, and operational guidelines. •
Meetings & Communication:
Organize, host, and lead engaging office meetings; serve as the primary point of contact for branch agents. •
Availability:
Manage after-hours and weekend calls as needed to support agents, handle urgent office business, and capture high-priority opportunities. Growth & Agent Development •
Recruitment:
Actively recruit top-producing agents and promising new talent to expand our Big Rapids team. •
Training & Coaching:
Onboard, train, and mentor new and existing agents to elevate their real estate skills and productivity. •
Community Presence:
Serve as the local face of the branch—building relationships, participating in local events, and elevating our brand presence within the Big Rapids community. Personal Sales Production •
Maintain Your Business:
Continue to build, list, and close your personal client transactions alongside your leadership duties. Qualifications •
Licensure:
Active Michigan Broker's License (or Associate Broker's License) in good standing (Required). •
Location:
Must reside within a 30-minute drive of Big Rapids, MI (Required). •
Experience:
Proven track record in real estate sales (Required). •
Availability:
Flexibility to answer calls and assist agents during after-hours and weekends as needed. •
Communication:
Exceptional interpersonal, public speaking, and written communication skills. •
Leadership:
Passion for helping others succeed, building team culture, and driving office growth. •
Tech-Savvy:
