Triad Bank is hiring an Assistant Lobby Manager to work in coordination with the Lobby Manager(s) to keep day-to-day lobby execution consistent, compliant, and customer-focused. This role exists to ensure frontline service runs smoothly, staff are supported, and operational controls are followed. Key responsibilities include supervising lobby and teller activities, monitoring cash and transaction accuracy, reinforcing policies and internal controls, resolving escalated customer needs, coordinating coverage and workflow, and partnering with branch leadership on coaching, performance feedback, and service standards.

Required qualifications/skills:

4-6 years of banking experience with progressive responsibility in lobby operations, management and customer service Demonstrated people leadership, including training and development Working knowledge of banking operations, regulatory compliance, and internal controls Proficiency with core banking systems, cash handling, and operational procedures (Jack Henry a plus) Strong communication, sound judgment, and problem-solving skills This psotion will require you to float between 2 branches, Frontenac, MO and Creve Coeur, MO as needed.
