About the Role BoomCo Equipment Rental is expanding into the High Point market and needs a proven leader to open and run our new branch. This is a ground-floor opportunity — you'll build the client base, hire the team, and run day-to-day operations with the full backing of our home office. What You'll Do Develop new rental accounts across the Triad — contractors, GCs, municipalities, utilities Open and manage branch operations from day one Recruit, hire, and train technicians, drivers, and sales staff Manage fleet utilization and yard operations Report key metrics and communicate regularly with home office What We're Looking For 3-7+ years in heavy equipment rental — sales, operations, or management Proven track record growing a book of business or running a branch Triad/Piedmont market knowledge strongly preferred Self-starter comfortable operating with autonomy Experience hiring and managing field-level employees Valid driver's license required Compensation Competitive base salary based on experience Performance bonus tied to branch revenue growth Vehicle allowance + benefits BoomCo Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
