Responsibilities:

• Oversee all branch operations and ensure efficient and effective functioning
• Assist branch manager in daily routines
• Develop and implement strategies to meet branch goals and targets
• Provide guidance and support to manager on loan origination, pulling credit reports, and updating credit applications for loans.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies
• Maintain cash drawer
• Communicate with customers on cash available, and solving collection issues
• Provide training and coaching to CSR's and assist them daily.

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of loan processing procedures and regulations
• Proficiency in 10-key typing and math skills for accurate calculations
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
