Lead local branch operations for Spindletop Energy Products, a leading distributor of pro-grade control and emissions equipment, ensuring excellence in inventory management, service, and customer support. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and develop branch staff Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction Oversee inventory management and warehouse operations Build and maintain key customer relationships Execute company policies and procedures Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements Manage facility maintenance and security Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Execute branch business plans

REQUIRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma or Equivalent Required, Degree Preferred 2+ years management experience Strong understanding of operations Experience in industrial distribution preferred Proven leadership and team development skills
