Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives. Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with sales teams to develop strategies that boost sales performance and customer engagement. Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement within the branch. Skills Proven management experience with a strong focus on leadership and team development. Expertise in strategic planning with a track record of successful business development initiatives. Strong understanding of profit & loss management principles. Demonstrated experience in supervising teams effectively while promoting a positive work culture. Proficient in project management methodologies with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Excellent skills in process improvement techniques that drive efficiency and effectiveness. Strong sales acumen with the ability to motivate teams towards achieving sales targets.
