Lead, coach, and support branch staff to ensure excellent customer service and employee engagement Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements Foster growth by developing new customer relationships and deepening existing ones Partner with internal teams (lending, operations, HR, etc.) to ensure smooth branch performance Represent the bank in community and business development activities What do we offer?
