40 Monday
  • Saturday with a day off during the week for working Saturday. Branch hours are Monday, Thursday & Friday 9:00 a.m.
  • 5:00 p.m., Tuesday & Wednesday 9:00 a.m.
  • 4:00 p.m., and Saturday 9:00 a.m.
  • 1:00 p.

Starting Salary:
$91,000
Salary Range:
$69,968

We are looking for a Branch Manager who will be responsible for the overall leadership, financial performance, and operational excellence of a both our Auburn and Union Springs branches. This position is accountable for engaging, developing and supporting team members to provide guidance and the right solutions to our customers which will build long-term mutually beneficial relationships and support the achievement of business results. This includes:
Customer satisfaction target Employee satisfaction target Satisfactory branch audits Ensure efficient and effective branch operations while monitoring service quality standards Develop high performing teams Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key members and community partners Assigned sales measures as outlined in the sales performance reports supporting our three LOB's; Personal, Business and Wealth. Noninterest income and noninterest expense budget Meet coaching expectations per published "Coaching Standards and Guidelines". Perform effective coaching with all team members, tailored to individual needs with frequency that encourages sustained skill development and proactive employee engagement to make sure employees understand the customer's point of view. Collaborate in continuing to make ESL a great place to work by providing visible leadership around the key building blocks to ESL's success including: Fostering a culture of our core values and purpose Engaging in continuous self-development Ensuring the ongoing development of talent in my area Committing to helping employees reach their full potential Supporting and ensuring employee understanding of and engagement in ESL's corporate strategy, policies and processes Committing to helping employees reach their full potential Supporting and ensuring employee understanding of and engagement in ESL's corporate strategy, policies and processes Monitor branch performance and implement corrective action to improve outcome Developing and supporting a culture of recognition within my unit and across ESL in a tangible manner that, among other actions, includes the active use of established recognition tools. High School diploma or equivalent required B.A. or B.S. or 4 years of equivalent experience required Minimum 3 years' successful leadership experience required 2 years branch based Business Banking and Wealth experience preferred Proven ability to develop, engage and motivate team Strong communications skills a must with the ability to communicate and relate with individuals at all levels Demonstrated critical thinking skills Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple responsibilities Proficient in building customer and peer relationships Proficient in PC applications Must complete submission of application to the NMLS within the first week of employment and subsequently be successfully registered as a Mortgage Loan Originator through ESL.
