Assistant Branch Manager Responsibilities:

Develop customer relationships to build new business and maintain store profitability Work closely with team members to obtain branch goals successfully Review customer loan applications online, over the phone, or in person. Maintain policy and procedure compliance. Work with customers to review credit and loan eligibility. Assist in running the store's day-to-day operations without the Store Manager. Oversee account management and recovery processes while focusing on customer service to prevent loss and charge-off accounts, including collection calls Interact with customers in a positive, energetic, and respectful manner Educate customers on all product offerings through the cycle of their financial transactions, including our tax services.
