Job Description
AP Clerk will process vendor invoices, payments, and monthly statements. Being able to do these tasks quickly is essential in order to give the most accurate representation of job costing to project managers. You would be responsible for coding and entering invoices properly according to the correct GL account and job. Payroll is processed weekly for 100-150 field workers. You would be responsible for maintaining employee files for these workers, handling new hires, making tax payments, and other tasks related to employee records and payroll. General administrative tasks will also be required as needed such as filing, label making, mail processing, etc.
