Job Description

Local manufacturing company with Accounting position available. Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm Daily responsibilities including but not limited to: Recording transactions Reviewing accounts for mistakes Preparing and filing of basic financial documents Organizing receipts, invoices and financial documents Assisting with tax payments and returns Maintain compliance with financial reporting Reconciling accounts Filing Invoicing QuickBooks Online Excel Qualifying candidate skills: Detail oriented Strong work ethic High integrity Positive attitude Good phone, verbal & written communication skills Bookkeeping experience QuickBooks online
