Job Description

About the Role We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team on-site. If you have basic exposure to accounting or bookkeeping and a strong desire to learn, this is a great opportunity to build a stable, long-term career in a professional office environment. We are looking for a dependable team player who shows up consistently, takes pride in their work, and is eager to be trained on our full accounting process.
Key Responsibilities Accounts PayableReceivable:
Assist with invoice processing, vendor payments, customer billing, and payment posting.
Data EntryRecords:
Accurately input financial data into our system, code transactions, and maintain organized digital and physical files.
VendorCustomer Support:
Communicate professionally with clients and vendors regarding invoices, statements, and payment status.
General Team Support:
Work closely with and support the Accounting Manager on routine reporting, account reconciliation, and administrative tasks.
Qualifications Experience:
1+ years of basic accounting, bookkeeping, or administrative/office experience preferred.
Work Ethic:
Highly dependable with strong attendance, punctual habits, and a positive, teachable attitude.
Technical Skills:
Basic familiarity with Microsoft Excel and general computer operations; exposure to QuickBooks or accounting software is a bonus. Attention to
Detail:
Basic math skills and an eye for accuracy when entering numbers.
Education:
High School Diploma or GED required.
