This position is responsible for managing accounts payable, reconciling and balancing large statements, coordinating service billing, communicating with properties, preparing invoices, and maintaining accurate Excel spreadsheets. Key Responsibilities Process and manage accounts payable, ensuring invoices are accurate, properly coded, and paid in a timely manner. Review, reconcile, and balance large vendor and service statements, identifying discrepancies and researching outstanding items. Manage service billing for multiple properties and accounts. Communicate directly with properties to obtain billing information, clarify charges, resolve discrepancies, and follow up on outstanding items. Create, review, and distribute customer and property invoices accurately and according to established billing procedures. Maintain detailed Excel spreadsheets for billing, reconciliations, account tracking, and reporting. Enter and organize large volumes of financial data while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Research billing discrepancies and work with vendors, properties, and internal departments to resolve issues. Assist with month-end reconciliation and reporting as needed. Maintain organized records and supporting documentation for all transactions. Identify errors or inconsistencies and take appropriate steps to correct them. Qualifications Previous experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, bookkeeping, or accounting preferred. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Comfortable working with large statements and high-volume financial data. Strong Excel skills, including the ability to organize, reconcile, and analyze spreadsheets. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate professionally with properties, vendors, and internal team members. Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Experience working in a property management, service, or multi-location environment is a plus.
