Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills. Professionalism, discretion, and strong communication skills, especially when handling sensitive member financial information. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. A calm, steady demeanor under pressure, including during busy season and high-volume billing periods. Comfort learning new software and systems, with a willingness to be trained. Willingness to comply with the Club's uniform policy (three t-shirts are provided; shorts are purchased at the employee's own discretion/expense).
