We are seeking an experienced, highly organized Full‑Charge Bookkeeper to join our team. This role requires someone who can manage multiple companies, handle a fast‑paced workload when needed, and maintain clean, accurate, audit‑ready financials with minimal supervision. Full‑cycle bookkeeping for multiple entities Daily work in QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop Manage reconciliations, month‑end close, and financial accuracy Maintain organized records, supporting documentation, and compliance standards Work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines without oversight Identify discrepancies, research issues, and resolve problems proactively Preferred Experience Strong proficiency in QBO and QuickBooks Desktop Multi‑company bookkeeping experience Solid understanding of accounting principles and best practices Sales tax knowledge is a plus Payroll experience is a plus Corporate Tax Return Preparation is a plus Ability to work quickly and accurately during high‑volume periods

Pay:

$17.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
