Job Description We are looking for a skilled bookkeeper to maintain our financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts and payments. Provide support to the company(s) by completing assigned activities in a timely and accurate manner. In this position, the bookkeeper will perform a variety of accounting tasks following established policies and procedures.

Duties include:

• Process Accounts Payable and Receivable
• Invoicing
• Ensure legal compliance
• Manage tax payments
• Accurately record all day to day financial transactions of company books
• Work closely with the accounting team to create and analyze financial reports
• Manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely for multiple clients.
• Assist with reporting of new hires where required.
• Process paperwork related to unemployment requests.

Experience:

Our ideal candidate would preferably hold a bachelor's degree in accounting, has 1+ years experience and is proficient in QuickBooks.
