This role combines accounting, customer support, account management, and problem-solving. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of applied accounting experience and preferably an associate degree in accounting or a related field. We are looking for someone who is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and able to communicate professionally with both customers and internal partners. This is not a back-office bookkeeping role where you work quietly behind the scenes all day. You will be an important part of a highly collaborative team that works directly with technicians, dealership customers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure accounts remain accurate, organized, and well supported. Key Responsibilities Process invoices, payments, profit distributions, reimbursements, and related transactions Manage assigned technician partnership accounts and customer accounts Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable functions Perform bank reconciliations and review financial records for discrepancies Record business transactions accurately and maintain organized documentation Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned partners, customers, and vendors Respond professionally to questions, concerns, and account issues Review reports, postings, invoices, and reconciliations for accuracy Support month-end and periodic reporting processes Work closely with the operations team to resolve issues and improve processes

Qualifications Required:

Minimum of 3 years of applied accounting experience Strong understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and general accounting principles Strong Microsoft Excel skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and remain organized Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a team Ability to commute to Roxana, IL daily

Preferred:
