Job Responsibilities:

Process supplier invoices by receiving, reviewing, and verifying Perform three-way matching against purchase orders and receiving reports Schedule and execute payments via checks, wire transfers, or ACH Maintain accurate vendor records and resolve billing discrepancies Log transactions in the general ledger and generate AP aging reports #
