Summary:

Seeking an Accounting Temp specialized in Accounts Payable to manage payment cycles, verify invoices, and maintain vendor records. Must be able to answer these questions from

MGR:

1. Tell me about the last time you used a pivot table. What data were you analyzing and what insights did the pivot table provide? _ 2. On a scale of 1-10, how would you rate your Excel skills? Which formulas do you use most often? _

Job Requirements:

Experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne ERP software B.S. degree in Business, Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related field preferred

Preferred Skills:

Equivalent experience in lieu of a degree accepted

Job Responsibilities:

Process supplier invoices by receiving, reviewing, and verifying Perform three-way matching against purchase orders and receiving reports Schedule and execute payments via checks, wire transfers, or ACH Maintain accurate vendor records and resolve billing discrepancies Log transactions in the general ledger and generate AP aging reports #

GRPB Pay:

$25.00 - $32.00 per hour People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply
