We are currently looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist for our corporate office in Mandeville. This position would be responsible for processing a high volume of invoices daily/weekly. This is a full time position Monday thru Friday 8 am to 5 pm with full benefits:

Accounts Payable Specialist Duties:

• Process all vendor invoices
• Expense report reconciliations and payment
• Verify purchase orders
• Credit card reconciliations
• Review fixed assets reports
• Other duties as needed to assist

AP Manager Accounts Payable Specialist Requirements:

• One plus years of high volume AP experience in a professional environment
• Working knowledge in MS Dynamics is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and very detailed
• Ability to handle a high volume of transactions

Job Type:

Full-time Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
