Women's Medical & Surgical Clinic / Women's Clinic of Oakdale is looking for dependable, motivated individuals to join our team. Only those with reliable transportation need apply. You may be scheduled to work at 1 of 2 places - in Mamou, LA or Oakdale La 1. Accounts Receivable / Medical Billing We are seeking someone to assist with: Accounts receivable and insurance follow-up Reviewing unpaid and denied claims Posting and researching payments Patient balances Working aging reports Communicating with insurance companies Helping ensure claims are followed through to payment Medical-office, insurance, billing, or accounts-receivable experience is strongly preferred . Experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW) is a plus. 2. Patient Coordinator We are also looking for a friendly, organized person who enjoys working with patients and can help coordinate their experience from scheduling through follow-up.

Responsibilities may include:

Scheduling and confirming appointments Helping new patients get established with our office Coordinating referrals, records, testing, and follow-up Assisting patients with online scheduling and patient-portal needs Answering questions and helping patients navigate their care Following up to make sure appointments and needed services are completed Working closely with our providers and staff We are looking for people who are dependable, organized, comfortable with computers, able to multitask, and genuinely enjoy helping patients. Pay:

$9.00 - $14.00 per hour Expected hours: 38.0 per week
