If there is alignment now or in the near future, we reach out. The Opportunity We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Hart that are seeking skilled Bookkeepers. These organizations are dedicated to maintaining high standards and are looking for professionals who can contribute effectively. Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing and collection activities. Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts monthly. Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports. Maintain accurate inventory records and cost of goods sold. Process payroll and ensure compliance with tax regulations. Support external audits by providing necessary documentation. Recommended Qualifications Proven experience with double-entry bookkeeping and financial close processes. Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for manufacturing environments. Strong understanding of cost accounting principles and inventory valuation. Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing. Accuracy and attention to detail in high-volume transaction environments. Ability to reconcile complex accounts and identify discrepancies.
