Responsibilities Process accounts payable and receivable transactions using Syteline (Cloud Industrial Suite) Manage data entry tasks with precision, handling confidential information with integrity and discretion. Manage Credit Card Transactions and Employee Expenses Manage Time Tracking for payroll purposes Manage Contractor time tracking Support Management with additional accounting and administrative projects and tasks as needed Skills Strong proficiency in accounting systems , Syteline Preferred Extensive experience with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis and spreadsheet management. Knowledge of technical accounting concepts including double entry bookkeeping, debits & credits, journal entries, and account analysis. Ability to perform detailed account reconciliation and balance sheet review efficiently. Excellent numeracy skills combined with strong attention to detail for accurate bookkeeping and data entry tasks. Pay:
