Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic finance team as an Accounting Specialist and become a vital contributor to our organization's financial health! In this role, you will manage core accounting functions, ensure compliance with financial standards, and support the accurate recording of financial transactions. Your expertise will help maintain the integrity of our financial data, facilitate smooth month-end close processes, and uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and accuracy. Responsibilities Process accounts payable and receivable transactions using Syteline (Cloud Industrial Suite) Manage data entry tasks with precision, handling confidential information with integrity and discretion. Manage Credit Card Transactions and Employee Expenses Manage Time Tracking for payroll purposes Manage Contractor time tracking Support Management with additional accounting and administrative projects and tasks as needed Skills Strong proficiency in accounting systems , Syteline Preferred Extensive experience with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis and spreadsheet management. Knowledge of technical accounting concepts including double entry bookkeeping, debits & credits, journal entries, and account analysis. Ability to perform detailed account reconciliation and balance sheet review efficiently. Excellent numeracy skills combined with strong attention to detail for accurate bookkeeping and data entry tasks. Demonstrated understanding of GAAP standards This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in a detail-oriented environment while maintaining a proactive approach to problem-solving. Pay:
