Position Objective To ensure timely payments and accurate record-keeping that contribute to the overall efficiency and stability of the company's financial operations. Job Responsibilities Verify, process, and record invoices to ensure they match purchase orders and receipts. Schedule payments through check, ACH, or wire transfer to uphold financial commitments. Maintain vendor profiles, including contact information, W-9s, payment terms, and payment methods. Assist with performing check runs. Approve and process expense reports in alignment with company policy. Review and resolve payment disputes with vendors. Request vendor statements to ensure accurate records between companies. Assist with internal inquiries or data requests related to audits and branch requirements. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements 1-3 years of accounts payable experience or relevant college coursework. Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (listening, verbal, and written). Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Ability to learn Baseplan software. Higher-level computer skills, including experience with AI tools, preferred. Strong analytical ability to tick and tie.
