If there is alignment now or in the near future, we reach out. The Opportunity We are working with companies in Paw Paw that are adding Accounts Payable / Receivable Specialists to their teams. Key Responsibilities Process a high volume of vendor invoices accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper coding and approvals. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies, collaborating with procurement and vendors as needed. Prepare and process weekly check runs, ACH payments, and wire transfers, adhering to payment terms. Generate and distribute customer invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contractual terms. Monitor accounts receivable aging, contacting customers for overdue payments, and resolving billing disputes. Perform bank reconciliations and assist with month-end closing procedures related to AP/AR. Maintain accurate and organized AP/AR records and documentation, supporting internal and external audits.
