Senior Bookkeeper Location:
Kansas City, MO | Full-Time | Primarily On-Site We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Bookkeeper to join a growing accounting team. This role is ideal for someone with strong QuickBooks Online expertise who can manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate financial records, and work effectively with clients. Responsibilities Manage bookkeeping activities for multiple client accounts Perform bank and account reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close activities Prepare and review financial reports, including P&L and balance sheets Maintain and optimize client records within QuickBooks Online Support AP, AR, and payroll-related processes Identify discrepancies and help improve accounting workflows Communicate with clients and internal teams to resolve accounting-related issues Qualifications Strong hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online Solid background in bookkeeping, accounting, and financial record management Experience with reconciliations, month-end processes, and financial reporting Ability to manage multiple accounts, priorities, and deadlines effectively Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills Experience in an accounting firm, CPA firm, CAS, outsourced accounting, or multi-client environment is preferred Interested?
