Why You Want This Position Starting Pay Up to $24/hour, depending on experience Schedule This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday with rotating Saturdays This position is responsible for We offer flexibility with start and end times, provided coverage for closing responsibilities Benefits for eligible employees Health and dental coverage Paid Time off and Paid Holidays 401(k) withpany match Employee purchase discountEssential Functions and Duties Process accounts payable invoices by matching purchase orders, coding invoices, obtaining approvals, and preparing payments Maintain accurate purchase order files, accounts payable records, and financial reports Respond to vendor and internal inquiries regarding invoices, payments, and account status Assist with receiving documentation and provide backup support for accounts receivable and customer account maintenance Support daily store operations by answering phones, assisting customers, putting away freight, andpleting end-of-day closing procedures Serving as the day-end closer, closing duties typically take 10 to 20 minutes after closeQualifications 2 years of accounts payable or related accounting experience Bookkeeping knowledge preferred Microsoft Excel experience preferred Strongmunication, organizational, and customer service skills Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple prioritiesGet in touch!
