Tasks:

• Process invoices for customers on a timely basis
• Prepare aging receivable reports as needed
• Assist others to complete routine tasks and work collaboratively
• Answer phone calls and take messages when needed
• Greet people who may come in the office
• Assist with filing as needed
• Prepare and maintain spreadsheets for tracking job status
• Use Smartsheet for logistics operations
• Backup to Accounts Payable
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Microsoft Office Suite experience required
• Quickbooks experience required
• Must be detail oriented with exceptional organizational skills
• Must be able to multi-task and work within a fast-paced environment
• Must be honest and dependable
• Must be able to work without direct supervision
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must maintain privacy of confidential information
