Tasks:
- Process invoices for customers on a timely basis
- Prepare aging receivable reports as needed
- Assist others to complete routine tasks and work collaboratively
- Answer phone calls and take messages when needed
- Greet people who may come in the office
- Assist with filing as needed
- Prepare and maintain spreadsheets for tracking job status
- Use Smartsheet for logistics operations
- Backup to Accounts Payable
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Microsoft Office Suite experience required
- Quickbooks experience required
- Must be detail oriented with exceptional organizational skills
- Must be able to multi-task and work within a fast-paced environment
- Must be honest and dependable
- Must be able to work without direct supervision
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must maintain privacy of confidential information
