Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning and coordination all accounting operational functions including but not limited to daily bookkeeping, deposits, accounts payable and accounts receivable and preparing financial statements.
- Developing and managing the budget process for internal departments.
- Daily job costing for roofing and home improvement projects.
- Preparing management with financial information vital to making decisions.
- Developing and monitoring business performance metrics.
- Prepare and process payroll with the information provided to you by other team leads.
What We're Looking For:
Strong written and verbal communication skills. A professional, friendly demeanor and a business casual appearance. Excellent organization and attention to detail. Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. 2 years of bookkeeping experience. Netsuite fluency. Some construction knowledge and experience.Job Type:
