Gorlin Pools is looking for an Accounting Specialist / Office Coordinator who wants more than just a desk job and is interested in becoming an important part of a growing team. • Manage daily Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities.
• Process customer invoices, payments, credits, and account adjustments.
• Monitor outstanding balances and assist with customer collections.
• Perform account reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
• Answer incoming calls and provide professional customer service.
• Assist customers with billing, payment, and general account questions.
• Coordinate information between accounting, service, sales, and operations.
• Provide general administrative and office support.
• Assist with reporting, data entry, filing, and special projects. What We're Looking For
• 2+ years of experience in accounting, AP/AR, bookkeeping, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Experience with invoicing, collections, and reconciliations.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Professional communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel.
• NetSuite and Service Titan experience highly preferred.
