part-time Our client, an entertainment provider, is seeking a part-time Bookkeeper to support their New York office. This role starts asap and will last for about 1-2 months.

Schedule:

9:30am - 5:30 / 2-3 days per week

Fully Onsite Responsibilities:

Manage Accounts Payable, including tracking and organizing invoices, processing expenses, and maintaining accurate records Set up and maintain vendor payment schedules and assist with vendor account reconciliations as needed Handle light billing and general bookkeeping responsibilities Utilize QuickBooks, Excel, and Airtable to maintain financial records and track expenses

Qualifications:

Prior experience with QuickBooks and Excel Excellent attention to detail Familiarity with spreadsheets, databases and accounting software Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Please submit your resume in Word format for immediate consideration.
