Part time bookkeeper Inclined Food Group Incline Village, NV Job Details Part-time $16 - $20 an hour 17 hours ago Qualifications ADP Attention to detail Hospitality industry experience QuickBooks Restaurant experience Full Job Description JAbout the Role We're a 7-location restaurant group in the Tahoe market looking for a detail-oriented, trustworthy part-time bookkeeper to own our day-to-day financial operations. This is a hands-on role for someone who lives locally and is comfortable splitting time between remote bookkeeping work and on-site visits to our stores. You'll be the person who keeps our books clean, our vendors mapped correctly, and our internal systems running smoothly — working directly with ownership. What You'll Do Travel to store locations 1-2 times per week to conduct complete on-site audits Manage regular day-to-day bookkeeping across all 7 locations Ensure all vendors are accurately mapped and coded within our accounting systems Own and maintain our internal systems: MarginEdge, QuickBooks, ADP, and Toast POS Reconcile accounts and monitor margins across locations Support payroll processing and related tasks through ADP Take on various administrative responsibilities as needed Report directly to ownership on financial and operational findings What We're Looking For Lives in or near the Tahoe market, with reliable transportation for regular store visits Prior bookkeeping experience, ideally within multi-unit restaurant or hospitality operations Hands-on experience with QuickBooks, ADP, and Toast POS; MarginEdge experience a strong plus Strong attention to detail and comfort auditing financial and operational data on-site Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable managing multiple systems and priorities Discreet and trustworthy, with the ability to work closely and directly with ownership
