Responsibilities:

Managing accounts payable using SAP and other programs Handling accounts payable for separate entities and vendors Analyzing workflow processes through purchase-to-pay (P2P) software Establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing vendors Ensuring bills are paid in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to procedures Preparing weekly payments through various payment processes (ACH, Wire, online or check) Comparing purchase orders, prices, terms of payment and other charges Processing transactions and performing accounting duties such as account maintenance, recording entries and reconciling books of accounts Working with all departments to gather, analyze and interpret AP financial information Providing ad-hoc analysis of vendors and accounts as required Education/ Experience Associate's degree preferred SAP experience a plus Minimum 3 years' experience in Accounts Payable Proficiency in Microsoft Office products Purchase-to-pay experience This position offers an engaging environment for aspiring accounting professionals committed to developing their skills while contributing meaningfully to the financial operations. #EXP001
