Automotive Bookkeeper Genesis of Smithtown Our start-up dealership is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Automotive Bookkeeper to work closely with our Office Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional looking for a stable, part-time role in a focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurate deal costing and posting Calculating sales commissions Processing and applying for manufacturer incentives Managing cash receipts Overseeing Accounts Payable Reconciling all associated schedules

Requirements:

Schedule & Hours:

This is a part-time position requiring 24 hours per week , typically scheduled Monday through Thursday. We offer flexible working hours to accommodate the right candidate. •Please note there may be an opportunity for additional hours in the future as business needs evolve.

Pay:

Depending on experience, this position will pay $22-$26 per hour.
