Job Description
Dealership Accounting Clerk _____________________________________________ As we continue to grow our dealerships through strong leadership, employee training, and by staying on the leading edge of emerging technologies, we are expanding our corporate office. If you have a strong background in accounting and experience in an automobile dealership accounting office, this new position is an excellent opportunity for you to grow your career.
Job Requirements:
Strong understanding of Basic Accounting Principles Experience in Accounting Experience with General Ledger Functions Strong Attention to detail and good analytical skills Problem solving skills. Experience with Dealertrack DMS not required. Experience in the following areas is greatly needed: Daily bank deposit Payables/Receivables Inventory Basic Accounting Principles Maintain and perform data entry accurately with multiple spreadsheets. Day-to-day work will include journal entries, transactional accounting, and account reconciliations. Desired Skills- Strong PC skills- Microsoft Office (word, excel, and outlook). Professional communication skills with staff, customers and vendors required.
