Responsible for balancing and reconciling financial accounts for child support cases. Duties include setting up new cases and completing financial adjustments in computer system. Verifying accuracy of case balances through review of charges, payments, disbursements, and reconciling discrepancies. Releasing of child support payments, voiding checks, and stopping payments. Answering telephone inquiries. Contacting courts, attorneys, employers, and parties on cases by telephone and through correspondence. Attend staff meetings and trainings as required. Assist other co-workers. Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills needed:

Data entry, typing, customer service, knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel. $1,560.00 Annual Wage Supplement for Staff with an Associate's Degree or higher
