About the role: OpenRoad is looking for a Accounting Representative to join our accounting department, reporting to the Accounting Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately processing invoices, and paying vendors. You will champion our top-level customer service to our internal stakeholders and external customers and vendors. This position requires high attention to detail, great interpersonal skills, and a drive for success.

Responsibilities:

Manage accounts payable process in an accurate and timely manner Review the accuracy of data input daily and monthly Ensure all invoices are processed daily Maintain accounts payable files and records Address and respond to internal and external inquiries in a timely manner Protect OpenRoad's value by keeping information confidential Perform various administrative functions for new vendors. Verify address, payment options, set up wires and ACHs etc.

Qualifications:

Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt content to different formats and audiences High attention to detail Demonstrated self-starter and intrinsically motivated to perform at a high level Excellent customer service skills Organized with an ability to prioritize work and manage time Problem solving skills Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and the Internet Adaptability to new software

Working Conditions:

Works in an office space in proximity with coworkers Sits at a desk for long periods of time May be required to lift and move office supplies up to 30lbs
