Job Description

About the role: As an Accounts Receivable Representative at OpenRoad Financial Services (ORFS), you will be responsible for building and maintaining client/customer relationships, managing accounts, receiving payments, and assessing risk on freight bills. You will also actively collect on all open receivables, follow posts of payments for customers, send payment to accounts when needed, verifying payments or deposits. You will excel in analyzing information and quickly resolving issues. The Accounts Receivable role is critical to the success of the company.
Responsibilities:
Improve cash flow by ensuring the timely payments of customer balances (collections) daily Conduct cross-functional interactions with customers and vendors Monitor current customers and evaluate credit that has been established Daily process payments received from customer accounts (checks/ACH) Daily process and maintain Notice of Assignments for client's customers as well as payment status daily Reconcile various accounts while adhering to strict deadlines and standards of accuracy Be an advocate for our clients, treat and respond to the client's customers in a professional manner
Qualifications:
