Newtech Dental Laboratories Position Overview Join Newtech Dental Laboratories as an Accounts Receivable Specialist who manages the collection, tracking, and reconciliation of payments owed to a company, ensuring accurate financial records and supporting cash flow. Core Responsibilities Accounts Receivable (AR) roles involve overseeing the full cycle of receivables, including generating invoices, monitoring payments, maintaining accurate customer accounts, and collection of aged accounts.
Key duties include:

Invoice Generation and Distribution :
Prepare and send accurate invoices and documentation to facilitate timely payment.
Payment Processing and Reconciliation :
Record and apply payments from checks, credit cards, ACH, or wire transfers, reconcile accounts to ensure all payments are properly posted, and resolve discrepancies.
Collections Management :
Monitor ageing reports, follow up on overdue accounts, and escalate unresolved accounts to the Controller.
Customer Communication :
Respond professionally to inquiries regarding invoices, invoice payment, account status, and disputes, collaborating with the production team and customer service team to resolve issues.
Reporting and Analysis :
Prepare AR reports, including aging summaries and collection progress.
Credit and Risk Management :
Assess customer creditworthiness and monitor credit risks to minimize bad debt exposure. Escalate accounts of concern to the Controller. Required Skills and Qualifications Strong numerical and analytical skills for accurate financial tracking. Proficiency in accounting software, preferably QuickBooks Enterprise Desktop, and spreadsheet applications. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and deadlines. Effective communication skills for interacting with customers and internal teams. Knowledge of accounting principles, internal controls, and compliance regulations.
