Accounts Payable position for a heavy lifting hardware manufacturing company. We use an ERP software so applicants must be extremely fluent in "QuickBooks style" programs. Typical responsibilities will be answering the telephone, receiving and sorting invoices, matching invoices to shipment papers, Data entry, paying bills, and assisting the President with any reports she may need. Applicants must be fluent in the Microsoft Office suite, be able to learn the company's computer software system, and have a high school diploma (or equivalent). Must have prior experience in payables, receivables or accounting. We are located in Turbotville, PA, near Watsontown, Milton, Montgomery, Muncy and Hughesville, central to Montoursville, Williamsport and Danville.
